Carter Bechtel
Managing Partner
Carter is a Managing Partner at Bechmore Royalties, LLC. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of 1901 Royalty Partners, LLC from 2023-2026 and Vice President of Paint Rock Royalty, LLC from 2017-2023, both based in Fort Worth, Texas. In these roles, his focus was on business development and helping those companies acquire over 22,000 net acres in the Permian Basin and over 11,000 net acres in the Haynesville Shale.
A Fort Worth native, Carter studied Business Management at The University of Texas at Arlington and has built his career in the North Texas oil and gas community. He is married to his beautiful wife Lauren and together they have two lovely children.

Justin J. Sisemore, Esq.
Founder
Justin has been practicing law for eighteen years and has founded and created multiple successful companies throughout his career in the motive energy and legal spaces. Justin attended Baylor University earning his degree in entrepreneurship earning top honors and attended Texas A&M Law School.
He has served on multiple boards including Habitat for Humanity and is recognized by Texas Monthly Magazine as an “Up and Coming Top 100” Super Lawyers. Justin has lead multiple teams assisting thousands of clients in different industries and is a-rated for client satisfaction by the Better Business Bureau in all of his companies. He is married to his wonderful wife Evin, and together they have three beautiful daughters.

Turner MacLean
Vice President of Acquisitions
Turner MacLean's responsibilities include locating, negotiating, and acquiring mineral and royalty interests on behalf of Bechmore, LLC in the Haynesville Shale and Permian Basin. Prior to his start at X, Mr. MacLean worked for 1901 Royalty Partners, LLC. Turner started his career working for an independent natural gas and crude marketer, Southwest Energy, in Houston, Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Turner attended Texas Christian University, where he played four years on the golf team while graduating with a B.S. in Economics. He is a native of Fort Worth, Texas.
